Can humans and manifestations of artificial intelligence develop genuine, meaningful relationships? Why/why not?

I do not believe that humans and manifestations of artificial intelligence can develop genuine meaningful relationships. Artificial intelligences are computers and systems and programs and for a human to have a genuine meaningful relationship with a computer does not seem logical. There may be people out there that develop these feelings but, I personally do not believe that a human and a computer can have a relationship. I believe someone might be mentally unstable if they have feelings for a computer and the relationship would only be one sided because a computer can not generate feelings or emotions. Feelings and emotions come from the heart and a computer does not have a heart. I am not saying that a human and a computer can not have a relationship I just think that it would only be meaningful on one side due to the lack of emotions from the computer.
